How to open a ticket on Support, what the categories mean, and how to attach a screenshot.
By NKTrades
If the help articles don't solve it, your question goes to our team through Support in the menu. One inbox for every question: we reply in the same thread, and you see the answer on that same page.
Go to Support and click New ticket.
Choose a Category: General, Billing, Technical, Bug or Partnership.
Fill in a Subject and a Message and click Create ticket.
At the bottom of the menu is the Report a bug button. It opens the same form, with the Bug category already selected and the page you came from added under your message automatically. Describe what you did and what you expected; a screenshot makes it clear right away.
Paste, drag or choose an image in the message field; only images are allowed, up to 10 per message.
If you reach Support from a help article, we add which article you were reading under your message automatically. No need to type that in yourself.
Every ticket gets a status: Open, In progress or Closed. Reply on a closed ticket and it reopens automatically.
If your account is blocked, you can't open a new ticket or reply. In that case, use the contact form on the public site instead.
For billing questions you don't need an active subscription: the contact form and the chat widget on the public site land in the same inbox.
