In these terms, Trade Temple is referred to as "we", "us" or "Trade Temple". "You" refers to the user, member or visitor of our services.

Article 2 — Nature of the services

Trade Temple provides educational content, market analyses and trading-related information exclusively through its website, Discord channel and other communication channels. Trade Temple is not an investment firm within the meaning of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, "Wft") and holds no licence from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) or the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).

We do not provide investment advice, asset management, order execution or any other regulated financial service. All information shared — including trade ideas, market analyses, indicators, strategies and educational material — is intended solely for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute personal investment advice or a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any financial instrument.

No member of the Trade Temple team is registered as an investment adviser or holds an individual Wft licence.

Article 3 — Personal responsibility

You understand and accept that you are solely responsible for any action or decision you take regarding investing, trading or investment-related strategies you carry out. All decisions concerning trading in or investing in financial instruments are entirely at your own discretion.

Before acting on information obtained through Trade Temple, you must independently assess whether a strategy or instrument aligns with your knowledge, experience, financial situation and investment objectives. If in doubt, we recommend consulting an independent, licensed adviser.

Article 4 — Risk warning

Trading in futures and other leveraged products carries substantial risk. Due to leverage, losses can accumulate rapidly and may significantly exceed the amount initially invested. When trading financial instruments, you may incur a loss greater than the total balance of your portfolio.

A significant portion of retail investors lose money when trading leveraged products. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

Trade only with risk capital — money you can afford to lose entirely without jeopardising your financial security or lifestyle. Only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading.

Article 5 — Information and guarantees

Information provided by Trade Temple is obtained from sources believed to be reliable but is in no way guaranteed. The accuracy, completeness, timeliness and reliability of the information provided is not independently verified. We are not liable for authenticating any content and/or information posted on our website, web server, social media or any other communication channel through which our team shares content.

No guarantee of any kind is implied or possible where projections of future conditions regarding financial instruments are attempted.

Article 6 — Personal positions and conflicts of interest

Members of the Trade Temple team, employees, volunteers and cooperating third parties may hold positions in the same financial instruments discussed on the platforms. They may open, hold or close such positions at any time, at their own personal discretion and without prior notice.

These individuals are not required to buy or sell any investment opportunity shared on any of the Trade Temple platforms. You should be aware of this potential conflict of interest.

Article 7 — Affiliate and partnership compensation

Trade Temple may receive affiliate or partnership compensation from third parties — including prop trading firms, brokers or trading platform providers — when you register with them via our links or recommendations. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence the content of our educational material.

Article 8 — Limitation of liability

Trade Temple is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or consequential damages, arising from or in connection with the use of any content, information, indicators or strategies provided by Trade Temple, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on the part of Trade Temple.

To the extent that Trade Temple's liability is legally established, such liability is limited to a maximum of the amount you paid to Trade Temple in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

By accepting these terms, you waive, within the limits of applicable law, any liability, damage, claim or loss relating to: content and information, your investments, the website and platforms, acts of personnel or third parties, results obtained, and your own responsibility.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

All content on the Trade Temple platforms — including but not limited to all indicators, scripts, tools, videos, written materials, strategies, methodologies, analyses, courses and visual elements developed by Trade Temple — is the property of Trade Temple and protected under copyright and other intellectual property rights.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, modify or make public any of this content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Trade Temple. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund, and in legal action to recover damages suffered.

Article 10 — Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons. By expressly consenting at the time of purchase to immediate access to Trade Temple's content and services, you waive your right of withdrawal once the provision of services has commenced, pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

Article 11 — Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the terms indicated on the platform through which you registered (for example Whop).

Trade Temple reserves the right to deny access or terminate your membership in the event of breach of these terms, including but not limited to sharing paid content with third parties, reproducing our indicators or strategies, misuse of the community, or unlawful conduct towards other members or the Trade Temple team. Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund.

Article 12 — Personal data and privacy

Trade Temple processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on which data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have, please refer to our Privacy Statement at https://tradetemplecommunity.nl/legal/privacy.

Article 13 — Amendment of terms

Trade Temple reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect via our website and/or Discord. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you may cancel your membership before the change takes effect. Continued use of the services after the announced effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Article 14 — Complaints

Complaints may be submitted via our contact form at https://tradetemplecommunity.nl/contact. We aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court in accordance with Article 15.

Article 15 — Governing law and competent court

These terms and conditions, and any agreement between you and Trade Temple, are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague (District Court of The Hague), the Netherlands.

Consumers may also bring proceedings before the competent court of their place of residence, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection law.

Article 16 — Severability

If any provision of these terms is declared void, voidable or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that approximates the intention of the parties as closely as possible.

Article 17 — Acknowledgement

By joining Trade Temple, using our services or accessing our content, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, acknowledge and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
