What data do we keep?

This is a short, practical explanation. The full and authoritative version is the privacy policy on the site.

What we record

• Your name and email come from Whop and are taken over from there; you can't change your email with us.

• Your payments stay with Whop. The billing page in your profile reads them live and doesn't store them itself.

• From Discord we only keep your account ID and the date you linked, needed to give you the right role.

• From TradingView we only keep the username you enter yourself, to give you access to indicators.

• Your journal (trades, notes, tags, goals and your routine) is yours, and the basis for the reports you see back.

Who sees your data

Your journal is private to you by default. Only when Share my trades with the community under Account → Profile → Preferences is on can your best trades appear with your name on the homepage and dashboard. Turn it off and you disappear from those.

Cookies

Separately from the agreement you give when logging in, a cookie banner at the bottom of the site asks for consent to cookies we use to measure visits and usage, with the choice between Accept all and Reject. That's its own choice, separate from the terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer.
