Terms, privacy and disclaimer
Why you agree to these on your first login, what happens when the text changes, and where to read the documents.

Before you use TradeTemple for the first time, the Welcome to TradeTemple screen opens: your agreement and two choices, in ten seconds. You can't dismiss it: choose Sign out instead of agreeing, and you're signed out and shown the same screen again next time.
What you agree to
One checkbox, I agree to all of the terms below, turns on all three required agreements at once: the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the disclaimer (that trading carries the risk of losing money). Without all three, you can't continue.
Below that are two optional choices that get saved at the same time: Keep me posted (newsletter and promotions, bundled into one checkbox) and Share my trades with the community (checked by default). You can change both separately later under Account → Profile → Preferences, where newsletter and promotions also split into two.
This applies to everyone, free or premium: without agreeing to the three required documents, you don't get to use TradeTemple.
When the text changes
A small correction to a document (a typo, a clarification) doesn't ask for your agreement again. When we change a document in a way that matters, the version your agreement is tied to gets bumped, and you'll see the screen again on your next visit, with the new text. Until then, your earlier agreement stays valid.
Reading the documents again
The terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the disclaimer are separate pages on the site, and you can find them at any time through the links at the bottom of the site (the footer), even while you're signed in.
